About us
The product is a market leader in the industry, renowned for its high quality and strong brand. The company's headquarters are located in Hudiksvall, Sweden, where most of the manufacturing takes place. The past 30 years the company also manufacture and sell the Grab John bucket, it became a well-known concept in connection with pole-planting, mechanical pipe-laying, cable-laying, etc.
We offer innovative and efficient solutions for construction and industry, allowing hydraulic attachments to be changed directly from the driver's cab in just 10 seconds. OilQuick is patented in several key markets worldwide, and we have established OEM agreements with leading manufacturers of construction machinery. With thousands of OilQuick systems delivered to customers in the Nordic countries, the rest of Western Europe, and the USA, our exports constitute a significant portion of our business, accounting for approximately 80%.
In-house manufacturing
It also has benefits in collaboration with our design department and provides more scope in developing new products. We have complete control over the entire chain, from the order to the product delivered. Our goal is to make all our products in house. Excavator quick couplers, adapter plates, tool adapters, crane quick couplers and the lower components on tiltrotators are now built on the premises by OilQuick Production. We also make customers’ own quick couplers and attachments compatible with OilQuick. Plates from 5 to 250 mm thick can be gas cut. Five robot cells are available for welding, which can be supplemented with manual operations if required.
We have a wide range of machinery for working on the various components, including vertical lathes. Finishing is frequently done on our horizontal machining centres with an 800x800 mm table and ix-pallet system. The flexibility they provide helps us to achieve a high level of efficiency. We also have robotic auto loaders for two of our 800-machines. For accurate dimensions and quality control, we use a Zeiss Accura II coordinate measuring machine. The products then go to our second facility where theyare assembled and packed. Finally, we ship the finished products to distributors and customers.
Foundational Innovation
The Engineering department handles the entire process from development to construction of our products, including welded structures and programming of our self-developed safety system. In addition, comprehensive tests and verifications of these constructions are carried out.
The proximity to the manufacturing department facilitates effectively ensuring that both design and production harmonize.
The close collaboration with the service department enables quick adaptation to customer needs and preferences. As a world leader in fully automatic quick coupler systems, the Engineering department constantly strives for innovation and continuously develops new solutions for the future.

Clear specifications are set from the very first customer contact and follow the order through the entire process, from production to testing and delivery. We keep our promise of delivery within the agreed time and communicate openly with customers in case of any unexpected events. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality standard used by organizations globally. Certification requires compliance with 58 requirements based on eight principles and is annually audited by an independent party.
A Dedicated Service Team
We have a team of service technicians and fully equipped service vehicles ready to handle all tasks related to our product. During installation or service, our technicians book a suitable time slot and always strive to provide prompt service, including for urgent needs. Additionally, we have a network of service partners across the country and also perform assembly and service jobs abroad when necessary.
